Plaster-Bat Printing using Intaglio methods; figures were drawn directly in to plaster for printing on ceramics using heated cobalt oxides at the Mount Stewart open demonstrations event.
On Sunday 2nd August from 2pm-4.30pm, spend an inspiring alfresco afternoon surrounded by creativity, at one of the Ards Peninsula’s most scenic locations – Mount Stewart House & Gardens. Take this unique opportunity to explore the beautiful grounds and interact with artists who will be providing free demonstrations throughout the afternoon. Don’t forget to pick up a map and follow the Creative Peninsula Sculpture Trail around the lake which will be running from 31st July until 29th August.

This event provides audiences the opportunity to see makers demonstrating a variety of techniques prior to exhibiting at the forthcoming Creative Peninsula Exhibition at North Down Museum. Demonstrations were held at the Mount Stewart House and Gardens as part of the Lake Walk Craft Trail and Craft NI Craft Month 2015.
